PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BEFORE PURCHASING
Although we try to keep all stock up to
date, it is possible that on rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstance, a
product may not be in stock. We will inform you ASAP and offer an alternative
or a full refund.
PAYMENT
: Payments can be made by paypal, credit/debit card
by ringing our office on 01274 873753.
DELIVERY
: We offer free delivery on most of our items,
however we cannot provide free delivery to the CHANNEL ISLANDS,SCILLY ISLANDS
and OVER SEAS addresses. We are part of ebays global shipping program so if you
are overseas they will quote a delivery price.
On the day your item is
dispatched you will be sent an email with your expected delivery date and your
tracking number will be added to your order. If you have provided us with a
mobile number and email address, Royal Mail/courier will text and email you.
Reporting
Problems With Delivery & Returned Items : If you do not
receive your order on the date provided by us in your dispatch email, please
let us know ASAP or contact the delivery company directly so we/they can get it
tracked down for you.
If a parcel is returned to us by the
courier due to you not being home when they attempt delivery, or you do not
collect it from the depot/post office, we will not cover the cost of it being
sent back out for a second time. We will require the cost of delivery before it can
be sent out again. Alternatively you can request a refund.
TRYING
ITEMS ON ANIMALS : If you have purchased an item that
needs to be tried on your horse, eg. rug, saddle cloth etc, please make sure
you put something underneath to stop any hairs being transferred to the
product. We cannot accept returns if the item has hairs/dirt on it.
RETURNS
: DO NOT SEND ANY ITEMS BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.
We accept returns on all unused items
in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. The cost of sending the
item back to us is covered by the buyer. If an item has been used or damaged,
or is sent back after the returns period is up (without prior consent from
Valley Animal Supplies) we cannot accept it. Ebay will be informed and the item
will be posted back to you.
When you prepare your return, please
include the invoice you have been sent with your order and a note letting us
know if you want a refund or exchange. Or send a note including your order
number and ebay name/ID.
If you send a return back before
contacting us or without any note/info regarding your order, it may take longer
to process your return.
EXCHANGES
: The same terms apply to exchanges as in the
returns information above. Please contact us before sending any item back to us
so we can arrange the products you require. Please let us know what size and
colour you would like to exchange your item for. Include your ebay name/order
number and a note in the parcel with your order. We recommend that you send the
item back via recorded delivery. If you send an item to us but we do not
receive it, we cannot process a refund.
FAULTY
ITEMS : On the rare occasion that an item is faulty please
contact us. We can sometimes refund your money without having the item returned
to us so please contact us before sending anything back. You will need to send
us photos of the faulty item so we can decide the best way to sort the
situation for you.
By purchasing an item from us you are
agreeing to these terms and conditions. Please do not purchase if you do not
agree with these terms.
