Here is a wonderful Venetian glass vase/bowl, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. This style of glassware is usually attributed to Mandruzzato, although other manufacturers have made similar items, including Oball, Campanella and V. Nason. In a stunning combination of red glass cased in a band of amber glass, which is further encased in an angular block of blue glass, using the renowned Venetian Sommerso technique.

Measures approx 2.75 inches tall by 2 inches in diameter at widest point.

Has a couple of tiny fleabites to the inside rim, shown in final picture.
