LOST ITEMS:
Please read below for details on what to do in the event your item is lost.
EUROPE: Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until after 20 working days (4 weeks), after this time I will refund/replace.
REST OF THE WORLD: Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until after 25 working days (5 weeks), after this time I will refund/replace.
DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS:
In the event your item is delivered damaged or the packaging is damaged resulting in your item being lost I will need
clear pictures of the damage before a refund/replacement item is sent, without photos I can not make a compensation claim.
