I take very good care of the collectibles that I come into contact with. Pops,Dorbz, Rock Candy, etc. are all treated with the same amount of care. I NEVER open the box or take the Pop out of the box. I do not touch the viewing window with my fingers. I wear plastic gloves when moving the object for taking photos. The collectible is safely wrapped in a plastic bag and placed in a storage. Every Pop I have is in a plastic Pop Protector.  I am a fellow collector so I take this matter very seriously. I want you, the buyer, to smile when you open the package. Not sigh in disappointment. Nobody likes receiving a damaged Pop! 

I take the same amount of care in the packaging of the collectible. I use as much bubble wrap as needed(most of the time I use 2 feet). I never just throw the collectible in a box. I usually tend to make sure that if you shake the box, the collectible does not move. That helps in the case the box gets dropped or thrown by postal employees. I ship in an appropriate sized box marked "FRAGILE" on two sides of the box. 
 
I ship the very next business day (Mon-Fri) after payment has been made with Pay Pal. Shipping will be USPS First Class Package with a delivery time of 2-6 business days in the US. Pay Pal and eBay provide the buyer tracking information ASAP after item has been shipped. I will also provide an invoice if requested.

    								We here at Drew Who's POP! Shop buy, trade and sell Funko Pop! Vinyl figures and other Funko products such as Dorbz and Pocket Pops. We also have a wide collection of various comic books going on sale soon. 

    Excellent packaging is our number one goal. No one wants to receive damaged Pops! We want to make sure you receive your product the same way that we sent it. There is an old adage that says, "You get what you pay for". Well with us, you get what you pay for and more. When you open that package, you will be all smiles. 

    We strive to make price and service top notch as well. All emails are replied to within 24 hours.

    I like to pride myself in the way I package POP!s for shipment. No one wants to receive a poorly packaged POP!. I wrap the actual POP! in two feet of bubble wrap. I then put the POP! in a plastic bag and place the contents in a 8X6X4 box for shipping.The package will also be marked FRAGILE on two sides of the box. 

    I ship the very next business day after payment has been made with Pay Pal. Shipping will be USPS First Class Package with a delivery time of 2-6 business days in the US. I will also ship with the "Signature Confirmation" option. The Signature Confirmation option protects both the seller and the buyer. Pay Pal and eBay provide the buyer tracking information ASAP after item has been shipped. I will also provide an invoice if requested.

    Returns

    								Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

    However, I'm positive this will not be the case. We have not had a return and hope to never have a return in the future.
