The items are dispatched rapidly as we always aim to send all items within 1 working day after cleared payment being received. All items are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

UK Destination: Items are sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery service. Next day UK Special delivery available on request.

International Destination: All items are sent via the Royal Mail International Signed for service, which requires a signature on delivery. Where applicable we use Airsure service provided by Royal Mail for faster delivery. Express delivery is available on request.

On receiving your order if you decide you do not wish to keep your item, you can return any item you are not completely happy with within 14 days of the dispatch date for a full refund. PLEASE NOTE: Returns will only be accepted if the item is unworn and original tag remains attached. On receipt of the returned item, we will refund the payment price to your Paypal account. Please ensure that you return your item using a tracked postal service, as we can unfortunately not take responsibility for parcels that do not reach us. Please note, your refund will be processed within 3 working days, after receipt at our premises.
