1983 Fender JV 70s Reissue Stratocaster.

The JV serial guitars were built in Japan to an extremely high quality, exceeding the quality of many Fender guitars today. This is a particular rare model, being a crossover model between the 50s & 60s reissue 'JVs' and the 70s reissue 'SQs'. They are hardly ever written about, never mind coming up for sale. A real collectors edition! This is no exception to the rarity and build-quality of these favoured JVs.

Cosmetic Inspection

This is in brilliant condition and has recently undergone a service and set up. As you can see in the pictures, it has nothing significant to report except a small ding to the side of the body. Looks, plays and sounds a beauty! There is also a small hole underneath the last machine head, which looks like the original tuners were off at one point and put back on at a later date.

In our opinion, this is as original as they come!
