New Matt Hatter Chonicles Fully Articulated Deluxe Action Figure Double Pack.  The pack contains Roxie and Gomez.

Roxie takes her role as Tracker very seriously and battles hard to help Matt capture the Super Villains.  She has a soft, girly side but she tries to hide this so she fits in better with the boys.

Gomez is a bit of a coward and will try and talk his way out of situations that might be scary, but his knowledge of the Multiverse is immense and this makes his role as Keeper very important.

J & J Trading wants to provide an efficient and value for money service.  Sometimes problems can occur, please give us the chance to sort it out before leaving feedback.  Feedback is very important to us, we always give positive feedback when we know the customer is happy with the transaction.


Payment

We accept payment via PayPal, Cheque, Postal Order (Postal Order should be uncrossed) or Banker's Draft.  Payment via PayPal should be made within 24 hours of purchase.  Payment via the other methods should be received within 5 working days of receipt of the invoice.  Please also mark your purchase as payment sent, so that we know payment is on it's way.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days once payment has been received/cleared.  Please note that weekends and bank holidays are none working days.

Returns

Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a refund.  All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken).  You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.

Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item, which proves to be faulty we are happy to help.  However, we do ask that you contact us as soon as possible.  We will then advise you on the best way to return the item.  A replacement item or full refund will only be considered once the item has been returned, if the item is not returned a replacement or refund will not be issued.

Item Received in Error
If you receive an item that you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible.

How to return an item
Please contact me via 'contact buyer' or open a returns case to gain authorisation for the return and the returns details.




Please note that I will be unavailable from Monday 21 November to Monday 5 December inclusive.  Any orders placed and paid for before 3pm on Sunday 20 November will be dispatched first thing Monday morning (21st).  Any orders placed and paid for after 3pm on Sunday 20 November will be dispatched on Tuesday 6 December.
