Delivery
I aim to dispatch all items within 1 working days of receiving cleared payment.

Returns
I value my feedback reputation and as such offer a no-quibble return service ONLY if the product sent is faulty.
Please contact me within 3 days of receipt to enable us to offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds or replacements will be sent as soon as we receive the original item in the same condition it was sent.
Unwanted items will not be refunded if they have been installed. We consider an item to be 'not in original condition' even if they have only been plugged in. 'Original Condition' is only when items are in original packaging and not opened.
The packaging and handling fee is not refundable
