FT-847 Digital transistor spares kit.

This is a selection of replacement digital transistors devices used in the FT-847.
These are NPN or PNP bipolar transistors that also contain internal biasing resistors.

These are new stock direct from the manufacturer. The same parts are also used in other Yaesu models.

Switching, ALC, PTT and VOX faults are usually traceable to one or more of these devices failing.

The kit provides a total of  10 devices: 

2 off each of the following devices:
  DTC124EK  (7 are used in the FT-847)
  DTC144EK  (6 are used in the FT-847)

1 off each of the following devices:
  DTA124EK  (2 are used in the FT-847)
  DTA143EK  (3 are used in the FT-847)
