We do not send replacement cases or give credits for them if they are
broken or damaged during shipping. We also cannot sell cases separately. - If there is any damage to the item (i.e. the temple doesn't lay flat or a missing demo lens), we always specify this in the item description. - Our eyeglasses come with demo lenses, which do not have a prescription in them. Any damage to the demo lens will not affect the frame. - Only an optician can recommend if a frame is fit for progressive lenses. - We cannot write or fill prescriptions for eyeglasses or give referrals to doctors. - Please contact us with any questions via eBay message ONLY.
