DEFECTS/DETAILS:
One temple slightly doesn't lay flat. This is fixable but the price has been reduced since this requires repair. There also are scratches on the demo lenses.

OUR ITEMS
- Chelsea Eyewear only sells new and authentic items
- If it isn't listed we unfortunately don't have it in stock.
- We only have an eBay store and do not offer local pickup.
- All of our pictures are original and the picture you see is of the actual item you will be purchasing. 
- Please be advised that the color of the item can differ in person than in the picture due to photographic lighting.
- Unless written otherwise your item will come in a non-branded black case, which is NOT the original packaging. 
- The cost of these cases is included in the price of the item and is given to protect the frames during shipping.

- We do not send replacement cases or give credits for them if they are broken or damaged during shipping. We also cannot sell cases separately.
- For auctions payment is due 72 hours after the item ends. After 5 days an Unpaid Item Case will be opened.

- If there is any damage to the item (i.e. the temple doesn't lay flat or a missing demo lens), we always specify this in the item description. 
- Our eyeglasses come with demo lenses, which do not have a prescription in them. Any damage to the demo lens will not affect the frame.
- Only an optician can recommend if a frame is fit for progressive lenses. 
- We cannot write or fill prescriptions for eyeglasses or give referrals to doctors. 
- Please contact us with any questions via eBay message ONLY. 

SHIPPING
- We offer free shipping via USPS Priority in the United States only.
- We do not offer local pick up.
- We can only ship to the address that is linked to your eBay account. This is our policy as well as eBay's. Please be advised that if your PayPal account address is different from the address on your eBay account or if you contact us after to send it to a different address, we can only send it the address listed on your eBay account. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Express shipping can be requested and paid for by the buyer only. Please contact us before purchasing if you need express shipping and for pricing.
- We can only ship internationally through eBay's Global Shipping Program.
- If you do not see the shipping rates for your country listed it is because import laws from your country prevent us shipping there.
- Chelsea Eyewear and eBay are not responsible if an item is shipped to a third party shipping carrier.

RETURNS
- Chelsea Eyewear offers free (no restocking fee) and no hassle returns.
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or there is a problem with the item, PLEASE contact us before leaving negative or neutral feedback. We will do whatever it takes to fix any problem. 
- For your convenience, we have listed below the steps on how to make a return on eBay. All returns must go through eBay by following these steps. Once we accept your return request please ship the item back as soon as possible! Thank you! 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN ON EBAY 
1. Find the item in My eBay Purchase History and select "Return this item" from the "more actions" drop down menu.
2. Select the reason for the return. If the item isn't eligible to be returned using eBay's hassle-free returns, we will ask you to contact the seller directly. 
3. If photos of the item would be helpful for documenting the condition of the item you bought and received, you can upload photos. Both eBay Customer Service and the seller can see them. You can upload as many as 10 photos (PNG, JPEG, BMP, or GIF; max size 5MB). You can add photos until the return process is closed. Uploaded photos can be removed only by contacting Customer Service.
4. Depending on the seller's return policy, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and packing slip. Alternatively, we may ask you to wait for the seller to reach out to provide next steps for the return, such as in cases of oversized or heavy items or when sending an item back to a seller located in another country. The seller may also provide you their own return shipping label.
5. Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, apply the shipping label, and send the item back to the seller. You must return the item within 5 business days of requesting the return. It's a good practice to include tracking information when returning an item.
6. Track the status of the returned item in the purchase history section of My eBay. 
7. If you are requesting a refund,the seller will issue it within 6 business days after receiving an item. 
8. If you are requesting a replacement item, the seller will ship it to you within 5 business days of the date you start the return.
