As the legend goes, Ed started with his Mighty Mite #1400 and swapped the magnet from his Ibanez Super 70. That was the clear bobbin pickup that resided in the Bumblebee for a time and this is a replica of that pickup. Custom clear bobbins with large hex poles, 42 awg red poly wire and an alnico 8 magnet. Mounted on an F spaced base plate with a vintage braided hookup wire, this is a great sounding humbucker.
