We aim to ship all items ordered pre 3pm (weekdays) the same day via either royal mail or courier dependent on the service selected at checkout. To guarantee a quick delivery we would recommend selecting'special delivery' at checkout. Otherwise all items go out RM 1st class.

Any genuinely faulty items can also be returned within 45 days whereupon they will be inspected and refunded if found faulty. We will also refund any return postage where the item is found to be faulty within 60 days. Any returns from within the UK must be returned via the ebay managed returns process. Simply find the item you wish to return from within the 'My ebay' section of your account and follow the returns process. If the item is not as described in the listing then please follow the ebay managed returns process and we will refund/replace accordingly. If you are buying from outside the UK please contact us via the ebay messaging service to arrange the return of the item.
