Shipping Information


We ship exclusively with EMS(Korea Post) and UPS. Depends upon a size of packages, shipping is divided 3 types. If you are in the exception areas please call us or leave a message before checkout. For the international shipments, the buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and import fees charged by the buyer's government. Please contact your local customs office for more information.


Economy Shipping: Takes about 15-30 business days depending on countries
Standard Shipping: Takes 5-10 business days depending on countries
Expedited Shipping: Takes 4-5 business days depending on countries

Return Policies

If you decide you do not want the product you receive, you have 14 days to contact us for an return authorization number. After 14 days, all sales are final.


  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • The return is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Please include a note in the return package describing the reason for the return.

3. Damaged Shipment

If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will file a claim on your behalf with USPS. Once the claim has been approved by USPS, we will ship out a replacement item, or issue a full refund. Please do not file a claim with USPS, as this will only delay the claims approval process. And you had better leave several angles of photo shots of the package.


4. Incorrect Item Received
