A Great-Aunt had this as part of her Estate. Never hung. The back has a man's name on it from 1984. The scratched out name is that of my Uncle, and apparently he decided to scratch it out. It does not change the front and its beauty! There is a certificate attached but sealed for new owner. I believe this to be from the early 80s, perhaps from a street festival? A great piece!
