This linkage is the only way to achieve and surpass the handling advantage of the 1st gen SV650. This linkage changes the mechanical rate of the rear suspension on 2nd gen SV650's from progressive to linear like a Yamaha TZ250 race bike. Most expert class racers drop their lap times by a noticeable amount without making any further adjustments to their suspension settings. This linkage and dog bones are CNC machined from Fortal aluminum, which exceeds 6061 and 7075 in strength. These parts are 100% machined from extruded billet, not a casting. The link starts out as a 5 lb block of aluminum. The spindle shafts are precision ground 4140 tool steel.

The "dogbones" are 9mm longer than stock to restore the stock ride height with the revised geometry. If you use the stock dogbones it will raise the rear ride height by about an inch. I can also substitute custom length dogbones for a revised ride height at no extra charge. If you would like custom dogbones in addition to the stock ride height ones it will be an extra $40.

I am now including a center bolt that is faced down due to possible interference with the revised geometry and some aftermarket racing exhaust systems.

*THE $40 PRICE DROP IS FOR THIS LINKAGE ONLY - WHEN IT'S SOLD THE NEXT ON WILL BE REGULAR PRICE*
