A really nice 1961 Omega Railmaster 2914-3 Broad Arrow.

As you know the early Broad Arrow Seamaster 2913, Railmaster 2914 and Speedmaster 2915. Are now becoming harder and harder to find.

I have had this Railmaster for around 2 years. It is in great condition, it keeps good time and looks great when worn.

The watch has a Naiad crown plus the "Faraday" ring and plate, the Naiad crowns were normally replaced with a standard crown, the ring and plate are usually lost.

It has a NOS Omega crystal/glass so it is scratch free.

I have been waiting for an original dial as the dial on the watch was awful, as these are so difficult to find I have opted for a modern replacement which is the correct specification i.e the dial should be 1mm thick. Also, at the same time the second hand was replaced.

The Broad Arrow hands have turned the very desirable "burnt orange" colour, if you are sitting on an original Railmaster dial for a 2914 which has also "turned" you would make this stunning scarce watch into even more of a gem.

The serial number, broad arrow hands and case back date the watch to 1961. I have no service history or paperwork for the watch.

I have put the watch on a Zuludiver NATO strap, although it would look great on a steel bracelet as well.

Please look at the pictures to see how great a condition the watch is.

I have added the Omega bracelet that was with the watch when I bought it.

It has 516 end links and has No12 on the clasp.
The bracelet is in great condition, and it fits my large wrist.
