Dispatch

All orders received and paid for before 2pm Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same working day. Any orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day. This excludes public/bank holidays in England, were these occur it will be the next working day.

We work Monday - Friday any orders placed on the weekends will be dispatched the following Monday. 

Delivery 

All UK orders are sent FREE via Royal Mail 2nd class post, we aim to deliver within three working days of posting.  Should you need your items sooner a Royal Mail 1st Class option is always available at a small charge aiming to deliver 1-2 working days after purchase as well as a Special Delivery option, if you prefer this option please select from the delivery drop down menu during check out.

Returns

If goods delivered are not what the customer ordered, or are of incorrect quantity, or are damaged or defective, My IT Geek will, if the customer returns them within a 30 day period, at the customers option either give a full refund or where possible replace any damaged or defective goods

My IT Geek leaves positive feedback for all customers. We appreciate customers taking the time to leave us feedback also, please if you feel you need to leave negative or neutral feedback do contact us immediately as 99.9% of the time any issues can be resolved.
