FREE Domestic Shipping applies to USPS First Class which takes 3-7 business days delivery time .

Your item will be shipped within 24 business hours after receiving your order. Same day shipping on most orders if we receive your order before 3:00pm US Eastern Time Monday - Friday (holidays excluded).

Once the item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with USPS tracking number(s). You can simply track your item at www.usps.com

How long is it for International Shipments?

We would like you to know that we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time frames for all our international packages, as all packages must go through custom inspections and through another country’s postal system (if you have chosen USPS International shipping). The expected delivery times that have we listed are from our past customer experiences, though this cannot guarantee the same outcome.

14-Day Exchange and Return Policy

We have an unconditional 14-Day Return and Exchange Policy. You may return the item for a refund or an exchange and there are NO RESTOCKING FEES. 

Check your Order

- Item condition: Item(s) presented for exchange or return must be in unused and original condition.

- Time line: Item(s) has to be received by us within 14 days from the moment you opened the delivered package.

Step 1 Obtain an RMA Number

You must contact us for a Return/exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

- Send us a message and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Step 2 Pack and Ship the Item

- Pack the item with everything that came with it such as the case, cleaning cloth, booklets/cards, etc.

- Write your RMA number on the box.

-Ship the item out via trackable method of shipping

Step 3  Wait and Receive your 2nd Item or Refund

- We will process your refund or send out the second item within 48 business hours of receipt and inspection of your package.

APO/FPO 

Delivery may take 2-5 weeks.

International Shipping:

Any import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and VATs required on shipments to your country are to be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package. We do not prepay or calculate the fees but you can contact your local customs office and they can provide you with a quote based on the item(s) which you are ordering.

Our prices do not include these fees and they will be collected by the shipping company. If the package is refused, NO REFUND will be issued.
