Sales Tax Information: We are required by law to charge State/City Sales Tax for any item that is shipped to a state in which we (EPC) or our parent company (CSI Leasing) have a physical representation. These states are as follows: Arizona, California, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Texas. Please Note: If additional shipping costs are charged apart from the item(s) ordered, California, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Texas will also require that taxes are charged on any shipping costs, as they are considered part of the sale price.

International customers must pay via PayPal in US Dollars. Shipping and Import/Export charges and fees will be added at time of checkout, in accordance with the guidelines of the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP). Please note: EPC, inc. does not collect or receive ANY payment or compensation from GSP international service shipping costs, taxes, tariffs, import/export fees, or other charges added, due to the use of the eBay GSP for international sales.

Condition Information:

As such, while the physical condition of the machine may feature small scratches or blemishes, each piece is in good working condition, ready to provide you the best experience possible.

It's made to last and it's truly the largest difference between the stuff you "can get" and the stuff you must have to change the way you compute.

Shipping Information:

EPC primarily uses UPS or USPS to ship items won in our eBay Listings. Though your invoice may show Standard Shipping, we ultimately reserve the right to ship by our preferred courier (usually the most cost effective while maintaining our deadline). If you would like to request a specific shipping service, please contact us prior to purchase for approval - either via the eBay Message Center, or Call us at (636) 410-0496. Special request cases may incur additional charges. Signature required for delivery of Orders+Shipping over $500.

Expedited Shipping Services and Same Day Shipping are available by special request only, on a case-by-case basis. For Expedited Shipping options and fees, please contact us for approval prior to purchase (either via the eBay Message Center, or call us at (636) 410-0496). For Expedited Shipping Services and Same Day Shipping, all Orders must be arranged and paid for by 12:30PM Central Time. All orders paid after 12:30PM Central Time will ship the following day, regardless of any special arrangements.

International Buyers will be subject to the terms and conditions of the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP). EPC will ship orders purchased by international buyers to the eBay Global Shipping Hub, where they will be forwarded to whichever international address has been provided by the buyer. We DO NOT ship directly to any international location.

Warranty Information

Standard Warranty Service Program (Included with all EPC, inc. eBay Orders):

-          Limited 30-Day hardware warranty. Limited 30-Day Software Warranty.
-          Standard processing/shipping times
-          Buyer pays return shipping fees
-          Eligible for refund, replacement (subject to availability), or repair

WHAT'S COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?

Warranty coverage is for all hardware and hardware components included with the original sale. In the event that repairs are sought without a return (such as in the case of shipping damage, when the buyer chooses to keep the item), estimates for all repair and service costs must be submitted to the EPC, inc. accounting department for approval BEFORE proceeding with repairs (please contact us for details). Any repair/service cost summary submitted without prior approval from the EPC, inc. accounting department may be denied as part of the warranty procedure, and may not be reimbursed.

Any Software pre-installed at time of purchase will be covered for initial 30 Days ONLY. All other software installed post-sale (not included/installed at time of sale) will not be covered under warranty. Software/Data Recovery is not covered under Warranty. NOTE: When configuring your system for first use, please ensure that all backup and recovery files are created in the event that your software is compromised.

ADDITIONAL WARRANTY INFORMATION:

All returns are subject to authorization from EPC, inc., and require an RMA number. Returns for refund may be assessed a restocking fee. Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of refund.

EBAY GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM (GSP):

All International Sales purchased via the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP) will be subject to the eBay GSP Return Policy, which may differ from the warranty described above.

NON-EBAY SHIPPING DISTRIBUTORS/MAIL FORWARDING SERVICES:

ATTENTION! EPC, INC. WILL NOT SHIP ANY ORDER USING A SHIPPING DISTRIBUTOR/MAIL FORWARDING SERVICE AS THE PRIMARY SHIP-TO ADDRESS (other than the eBay GSP). ALL SUCH ORDERS WILL BE CANCELED AND REFUNDED.

IF FOR ANY REASON THE ORDER IS SHIPPED, THE ORDER WILL HAVE THE WARRANTY VOIDED - NO WARRANTY OF ANY TYPE WILL BE HONORED.

-EPC, inc. does not authorize the use of Shipping Distributors/Mail Forwarding Services (other than the eBay GSP), due to a strict EXPORT policy.
-EPC, inc. does not warranty ANY order that has been forwarded/reshipped to a location that is not the eBay Confirmed Address.
-EPC, inc. will not validate any warranty for these types of orders, and will not offer any compensation for return, replacement, or refund for orders shipped via forwarding service, or otherwise forwarded to another location by a 3rd party service.

AGAIN, ALL SHIPMENTS USING THE TYPES OF ADDRESSES FOR SHIPPING DISTRIBUTORS/MAIL FORWARDING SERVICES (AS NOTED ABOVE), WILL BE CANCELED AND REFUNDED. SHOULD ANY SUCH ORDER SHIP, IT WILL NOT INCLUDE A WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
