Packaging: Apparel is shipped USPS First Class in a poly mailer.

Kid’s shoes are shipped in a poly mailer.

Adult shoes are shipped in either a USPS padded bubble envelope or a USPS Priority Mail shoe box or larger box.

Returns: Hassle free returns within 30 days. Must return in new condition with original packaging if possible. Buyer pays return shipping. A 15% restocking fee will apply to ALL returns to cover the initial shipping cost. Simply start a return on eBay, print off the shipping label, apply it to the box and return the item in new condition.

Refunds: Refunds for returned items are given through PayPal. Since I offer Free Shipping ALL refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover the initial cost to ship the item to the customer.

Exchanges: In the event that an item is not the right size I am happy to exchange a returned item for another size if in stock at no extra charge. However, please check with me first to ensure that I have the correct size in stock before returning for exchange.
