This is a beautiful Romeo Gigli skirt from the 80's. It pulls on over the head and has a wide tube top that bunches into a wide gathered waistband. It is possible that the fabric could be fashioned into some sort of a strapless dress. The skirt is pulled up on the side from the hem to a button at the waist resulting in an asymmetrical hemline. The skirt is gathered from the waist falling in folds. The fabric is silk with polyester and lycra. It is in excellent vintage condition and was only worn once.
