At a 15mm size these buttons are suitable for so many things - whether embellishing clothes / knitwear or being used in other craft activities such as scrapbooking. enable us to try and remedy the situation. Payment PayPal is the only payment method accepted. Payment must be received before the order will be
despatched. Shipping Once payment is received, items will usually be shipped within one
working day. The cut off time for orders to be processed same day
(Mon-Fri) is 2pm (UK time) and 10.00 on Saturday. Items are
sent via Royal Mail and, usually by second class post. You do,
however, have the option of requesting the first class post during
checkout. Combined
shipping: we can offer combined shipping for
purchasing more than one item. This should automatically calculate. If it
doesn't, then please take the following steps prior to checkout. 1. When you see an item
you like, click "Add to Basket". 2. When you are finished
shopping for your items, proceed to your basket. You will see the option just above and on the right
side of your just-ordered items to "Request total from seller". 3. Select "Request
total from seller" and enter a message to notify us that you would like to
combine your orders to ship together. 4. Wait for us to send you a new invoice and checkout
via Paypal
with this new invoice. Returns In line with the EU Distance selling regulations,
you are able to cancel an order up to 14 days after receipt and receive a full
refund (including initial postage). In the event that you decide to do this,
please be aware that the cost of return postage will be borne by the buyer and
will not be refunded. Unless there is a fault with an item, then they should be returned
unused. Please contact us prior to returning items to enable us to provide you
