Shipping
Policies:
- Most items are shipped to the
continental United States only. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and US
Territories.
- Some items are eligible for the
eBay Global Shipping Program. Please check the shipping details
on the listing to see if it is available.
- No local pickups. No combined
shipping.
- Items are shipped to physical
addresses only. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping
address during checkout, as the address cannot be changed after the order
has been finalized. We only ship to PayPal verified
addresses and we are not responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable
addresses.
- Items cannot be shipped to PO
Boxes, APOs, or FPOs.
- Estimated delivery dates are
just an estimate, so please allow for some flexibility, especially during
bad weather and holiday seasons.
- All items ship within 48-72
hours of Payment Verification (Excludes Weekends & Holidays).
- For large items shipping via
Freight you will need to provide a valid phone number for
the Freight Company to call and schedule a delivery time.

Returns/Problems:
- All items qualify for returns
within 30 days of receipt. Because we use multiple suppliers, we
first need to request an RA (Return Authorization) from the supplier your
item originated from. If you want to return an item, you MUST first send
us a message letting us know. We will coordinate the return with the supplier
and forward you the return authorization and shipping labels.
- Items
being returned for refund must be in original packaging shipped in and in
the condition it arrived in. If product arrives damaged, please send photo
of damage to verify.
- Buyer is responsible for return
shipping. Please be sure this is an item you want before making your
purchase. Customer Satisfaction is our TOP priority!
- Please send a message direct to
us through eBay messaging if an item is damaged, broken, or incorrect so
we can promptly track and resolve any issues.
