For games that use a serial code or product key, code will be included on the manual or on a paper insert.  Downloadable content, product keys, and codes may have already been redeemed.   Due to different computer and operating systems, there is no guarantee of any game or software that will work with any specific computer or operating system.

Photos: I personally take all photos of the items I have up for sale, so this photo is of the actual item and shows exactly the condition of the item.  Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently, we cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

Payment:  I only accept Paypal.  Payment is expected at time of purchase.  On best offers, please let me know ahead of time if you cannot make same day payment as an automatic unpaid case will open within 2 days.

Domestic Shipping: Shipping starts the same day payment is received.  Tracking information for your item will be uploaded automatically through eBay the same day the shipping label is printed.  International Shipping: I only use the eBay Global Shipping Program. You will be responsible for all duties/tariffs and taxes.

Returns: Returns are accepted unless otherwise noted, buyer pays return shipping.  Item must be in same condition as received.
