Ask for clarification
If you are unclear about an item or what it comes with, ask. Just don't assume that a product comes with a certain item or feature. I am not responsible for bidders lack of information about the equipment being auctioned. I am more than happy to help you out and explain an item in more detail. If you purchase item, you are responsible for completing the transaction. EBay charges me once the auction starts and again when it closes, so if the transaction does not go through, I get stuck with the bill. So If you’re not planning on buying the item, don’t purchase the item  I complete every eBay transaction in a very business like and ethical manner, and expect the same from the bidder. Not responsible for any typographical errors.
All items are refurbished / used unless noted otherwise.
Payment expected immediately after the auction. Buyer is responsible for making contact within 3 days of auction close, payment within 7 days if not stated otherwise.  Please allow 1-2 days to process the order for peripherals and 3-4 days on complete configured systems.  CA sales tax will be added to the auction for all items shipping to California.

Product Availability
We list the items only which are in stock and ready to ship. In the rare event that a product is not available, a rain check or immediate refund will be provided. Occasionally between warehouse inventory updates, an item may be out of stock when order is placed. In the event he product is out of stock for any reason, you will be notified within 1-2 business days. For temporarily out of stock orders, we will special order it for you from the manufacturer and let you know what the estimated time of arrival from vendor is and the item will be shipped as soon as it received. You may cancel the order at anytime before shipping, and you will receive full refund the same day as request to your Paypal account, after we mutually agreed not to complete the transaction on eBay.  Please contact us with any questions prior to purchasing.

International orders;
We do ship internationally.  With the exception of Canada, bidder is required to provide a shipping account number like DHL, Fedex, or UPS.  Therefore we will NOT charge you anything for shipping.  No exceptions.  Do not purchase the item if you plan on shipping internationally and do not have an account number to ship on.   We will professionally pack the item(s) and will provide all custom invoices and paperwork. Please email for details and/or possible shipping quote, and prior to bidding on an auction as there are some exceptions to this.
Canada residents do not need to have their own account number but still need to call for shipping quote.
