You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)..

Please contact us if your item has not arrived after 8 working days. (Monday - Friday). We will then resend a lost order. 

 30ML Bottles of flavour concentrate are sold as samples/testers only. If you are happy with your sample flavour you can then buy them in larger bottles of different sizes up to 1LTR! If it's not to your taste then please try other flavours as not all of them will suit every ones palate. There are flavours for everybody to enjoy. 

Any vapour shops will charge you at least £3.79 for a 10ml bottle. We only charge from £2.99 for a 30ml bottle.

All our flavours are produced and made safe to vape, none of these flavours contain diacetyl, as this adds the buttery sweetness in flavours and foods. Diacetyl is safe to eat, but not safe to vape. You may need to add a sweetener to replace missing taste for not having diacetyl inside.

There are a lot of flavours that can be made in to e-liquid and vaped straight away. But there are also a good few that need to be steeped for 4-6 weeks. Some flavours do change colour and taste once steeped. Also, you may need to add  sweeteners in some flavours to get the best taste out of them.

Custard, Caramel, Cream and Vanilla are always best mixed in another flavour.

It is known that some e-liquid ingredients/flavours can cause cracking, frosting or even melting of polycarbonate, plastic or acrylic tanks and tubes. This list is not exhaustive but flavourings such as cinnamon, spearmint, citrus and cola liquids can cause this damage and are better off using these in an atomizer/cartomizer that is glass, pyrex or metal.

It may say 'Cola' on the label and straight away you think of Coca-Cola. If we could get this flavour correct or the same as, we would certainly be selling Coca-Cola, not just flavouring. No one in this world can get any flavours exact but some do taste similar. Please remember there at 100's of brands of flavours on our market so yes 100's of Cola, yes 100's of Strawberry's, and 100's of Tobaccos. We have used these flavours for 4 years now and found them to be the best we can get our hands on in large amounts. You may find or think one flavour is better in other brands. This will depend on your tastes as everyones differs.
