We ship our items via common truck freight carrier, Fed-Ex, UPS, or the US Postal Service depending on the item being shipped. Shipping within the contiguous United States only unless otherwise specified in an individual listing. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been shipped which will provide the name and contact information of the carrier used and a tracking number and website information enabling you to track your shipment online. The freight carrier will contact you to set up an appointment once the order arrives in your area. They will work around your schedule and will give you an approximate delivery time. All of our freight carrier shipments are delivered to the nearest dry location of your home or business (ground level only) and FREE liftgate service is provided when necessary. Deliveries to 'extreme' or 'uncommon areas' may incur additional shipping charges. All of our shipments are insured. PLEASE INSPECT THE ITEM(S) when you receive them and only sign if you know the product is acceptable. We strongly suggest you unpack the box and or remove any packing material to check for any concealed damage. If there is extensive damage, refuse the product. If there is minor damage, and you are willing to have a service call from an authorized repair facility to correct the damage at no charge, or willing to except a damage allowance, you must note the damage on the shipper's delivery documents and contact us within (24) hours of receiving the product. IF YOU NOTICE DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT AFTER THE DRIVER HAS LEFT YOUR DELIVERY LOCATION, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE A DAMAGE CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER. We typically ship within (1-5) business days of completed transaction. Paypal Payment: We only ship to the Paypal ship to address. This address is the one you choose when you send in the payment. If this address has changed , you must update it with Paypal before making your purchase . We will not be held responsible for shipping to the Paypal address when it is different from where you wanted it shipped . Its quite simple to update your address with Paypal before the sale and very complicated once the product has shipped to the wrong address so please make sure your Paypal and ship to address match.
If an item is returned for failed delivery, buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred by the seller.

Incur 20% restock fee within 30 days. NO REFUNDS after 30 days.

Please remember that most carriers do not deliver or pickup on weekends and holidays. Also, UPS does not pickup any packages from 11/26 to 11/29 for Thanksgiving, through the weekend.
