SIZING GUIDE

All measurements are approximate, the garment measurement may vary  depending on the fabric, garment style and fit. Please remember garments chest measurement need to be larger than the your actual chest measurement to allow the wearer to fit into the garment comfortably.

Delivery            

• We aim to dispatch quickly. Items are usually dispatched within 24 hours (except weekends) of receiving the order. 

• Goods are sent usually by Royal Mail Second Class delivery unless you select otherwise. 

• You can request to have goods sent by special delivery so a claim can be made in the event of the item being lost. 

• Once posted goods are in the hands Of Royal Mail. We are not liable for late deliveries. 

• If your item is returned to us as undelivered by the post office then the postage will need to be repaid before the item is sent again. 

• If item has not been received within 10 working days please contact.                                                                                                                             

Refunds & Exchanges 

• Refunds shall be issued if goods are not as described.

• If an item is faulty we should be contacted immediately and items should be sent back for a refund or exchange 

• Items should be sent back in the condition in which they were received. 

• Custom printed products are not refundable unless the product is damaged or there is a printing error by us. 

• Refunds will be given if the item is returned within 14 days. All tags and original packaging must still be intact.

• Refunds will be given once item has been received back. Please include your user ID and Item number with the product, for a faster refund. 

• All postage and packing costs for returns and exchange are to be paid by the buyer. 

• Postage costs for items will not be refunded. 

• These policies do not affect your statutory rights.
