All books sold by 'Jenhams2009' through eBay are either New, or in Fine (also called 'Like New' or 'Excellent') or Very Good or Good condition. Pictures shown are normally of the actual book we are offering, but are occasionally 'Stock Pictures' provided by Ebay - please read all of the item description as well ! We welcome all genuine enquiries and will answer them with personal emails, not standardised ones. We value politeness and so will always be polite - we expect our customers to be polite too !

Returns

Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item or 30 days from date of shipment.

The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification. Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification. Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
