All items ship same or next day with the exception of weekends and holidays.
If you need expedited shipping it is always available please arrange shipping terms and cost with us prior to purchase via ebay messaging.
All purchases of $500 or more will require a signature confirmation for delivery. If you would like a signature required on purchases under that amount please let us know in the notes when purchasing. An additional charge of $2.25 will be requested before shipping to cover the cost.

RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns please follow the return policy for a full cash back refund. All returns must be authorized by us within 14 days of receiving the item. We do charge a 10% restocking fees on all returns.
BRAND NEW SEALED: Items my be returned but they must still be sealed unless item is defective and then it may be returned.
NEW IN OPEN PACKAGE: All accessories and manufacturers packaging must be shipped back to receive a refund.
USED: All accessories and manufacturers packaging if included must be shipped back to receive a refund.
Please allow 48 hours, once item has been received, for refund to be issued. All items are inspected and serial numbers verified to ensure that it is the same item returned as shipped before refund is issued. All defective items will be tested and if item was sold as BRAND NEW SEALED refund will not be issued if item is not defective. Return shipping is at buyers expense.
