·      Every Designer has there own sizing; if you do not know your sizing in that designer clothing please research and find your size; no returns if it does not fit.

·      Most of my items are from CURRENT lines. Some are SOLD OUT in department stores or limited edition items. Other pieces are returns, store displays, or runway merchandise. ALL my items are from NORDSTROM/ NORDSTROM RACK!

Items listed under NEW WITH/WITHOUT TAGS or NEW WITH DEFECTS means:

·      Item is store display item in new condition or has been on the racks at Nordstrom

·      Some of the clothing’s manufacturer label is marked to prevent retail return. 

·      Items might have been tried on in stores but not worn outside of Nordstrom, this means the item may or may not have but not limited to wrinkles, deodorant marks, perfume smell or snag(s), scruffs, scratches or shoes creases.

·      For shoes: * circular 'brand' mark on sole bottom and sometimes a SKU# to prevent store returns for a full refund.

·      All these items are NOT new out of the package, never touched items. They have been handled and have been on the racks at Nordstrom

·      For swimsuits: they may or may not have hygiene liners. Nordstrom either takes them off or they fall off before I receive them.

·      Beaded dresses: Might have missing beading from being stores and tried on but nothing serious (such as a huge missing area) unless states or shown in photos. Does not come with extra beading

·      Majority of the items listed under pre-owned are customer return unless stated

·      These Items that are a customer return item from Nordstrom; so they may have been worn and returned.

·      If item is pre-owned and there is a possibility I missed some imperfections; this means the item may or may not have but not limited to deodorant marks, perfume smell or snag(s), & scruffs.  I do my best to find them and point them out

·      For shoes: * circular 'brand' mark on sole bottom and sometimes a SKU# to prevent store returns for a full refund.

·      Please enlarge all the pictures to see all the details before you buy them

·      For swimsuits: Will not have hygiene liner since the item is used, may have fading spots since it has been in the sun. Anything more major (stains, holes, cuts, markings) will be mentioned or pictures will be shown. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

·      Shipping prices have gone up in the early 2016 at USPS; I have no choice but to integrate this change into the listings.

·      ALL items are shipped via USPS with tracking numbers

·      Items that are under 13oz are shipped via First class shipping unless one pays for Priority Mail which is usually around a $5 charge

·      We are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Please, note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

·      Please note: sometimes mistakes happen on shipping services and that is not my fault; I do my best to ship out same-day or next day

·      Contact me (BEFORE PURCHASE) if you want to pay extra for faster shipping BEFORE purschase

·      Sometimes I do NOT ship on SATURDAY unless I am home and free.

·      I am not responsible for wrinkly clothing. I ship what fits. The bigger the package the more it cost for supplies and for shipping. If you want to have bigger packaging (not squished) will cost extra expecially for dresses. Dresses are shipped in a priority envelope that is flat rate ONE SIZE. If I go bigger packaging it's a different cost ($13)

Return Policy

·      I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS I HAVE GROSSLY MISREPRESENTED THE ITEM (items not described)!!

·      No returns on items that don't fit or seller remorse items

·      Every Designer has there own sizing; if you do not know your sizing in that designer clothing please research and find your size, no returns if it does not fit.

·      There are returns only on items that are not as described (please be honest!)

·      I know if the item is mine or not when being returned.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

·      I DO NOT DO CANCELLATIONS. If you paid for it, I will ship it out. If you return it back with out my permission, you will NOT be refunded (eBay policy).

·      I accept offers VIA PayPal on US orders bigger then 90$.

·      There is no sales tax on this item.

·      Payments must be received within 2 days.

·      Unpaid Item Reminders are continuously sent during items not paid within 2 days.

·      Unpaid Case will open by day 3 unless you contact me for more time

·      Don't forget "winning an item, you're obligated to purchase it "(eBay). PLEASE let me know if you changed your mind or will not be purchasing anymore; so I can re-list the item.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
