Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

We check all our products before dispatch however, there is a minor chance that items are damaged during transportation therefore, we will offer you the replacement of a defective or damaged item. 

In any case of experiencing a problem, you should contact us and inform us of the problem within 14 calendar days of receiving the parcel. Please provide a valid picture of any damaged product to assist with replacement. 

14 day refund policy. We understand that sometimes an item may not turn out to be just what you need. Therefore, if you are not happy with this product, you may return it to us within 14 calendar days. The returned item must be in its PERFECT AS NEW CONDITION & PACKAGING, and all ACCESSORIES must be included. The buyer will also be responsible for the return postage, so therefore it is advisable to use a trackable service, the tracking number is required after postage for us to monitor the parcel which you have sent back. If for some reason you receive an incorrect item which was not ordered by you and was a mistake on our part, we will exchange the item for you at no cost to yourself.
