This is a Speed Chute, a 54 inch parachute that attaches to a runner's back at the waist as part of resistance training. This chute is from Sklz, dated 2011. As shown, it is still new and sealed in its box. Although this should not matter due to this not being sold as a "collectible", the box does have some shelf wear from normal handling.
