This is a simply gorgeous Lord Elgin Art Deco Pocket Watch. The case is 14kt gold filled, the face is extremely clean. Pocket watch is in a thin14k gold filled case. Watch winds and keeps time intermittently. This watch needs a service to be reliable. The missing bow on top does not affect function and should be easy to replace.
