Payment

We accept payments via PAYPAL only.  Payment MUST BE MADE within 4 days after you purchase the listing. Kindly contact Us should you have any inquiry regarding your payment to avoid any Unpaid notice from eBay. Otherwise, a payment notification will be sent to you after the 4 days grace period. 

PayPal Payments: As per Paypal's Buyer/Seller Protection guidelines, All Paypal Payments can only be Shipped to the shipping address on the transaction detail forwarded to us by Paypal. No other address will be accepted. Should you want to have the item be ship to a different address, the buyer needs to change/add the address on their Paypal account before paying for the item/s. Paypal E- check payments will only be process once Paypal send the clearance to process the payment. Order Processing takes 1-2 business days. 

Shipping & Handling

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam & Puerto Rico additional $2.85. Kindly contact us for the invoice reflecting the additional charges. Sales tax will be applied for Delivery to a California address.  We do not allow local pick-ups.   

Payments are process in the order they are received.  Orders are processed from Mon-Fri.  Holidays & Weekend orders are process on the next business day. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL.  Delivery of items within the US mainland takes 5 to 12 business days. Shipping to APO/FPO, AK, PR, GU and HI addresses, takes 2 -3 weeks delivery.  If in any case, International Buyers are responsible to any brokerage fee, customs, duties and taxes associated with the item purchased. Customs forms will not be marked as "gifts".   Send us a message via eBay should you have any inquiries. An email will be sent to you automatically for the tracking no. once shipped out at the same time, the tracking no. will be posted on eBay.

If applicable, Shipping and Handling fee includes the actual Shipping cost, eBay fees, Merchants fee and the handling charges for each item to be shipped.  We do not offer combine shipping.  

Return Policy

Please contact us for all returns, replacements & refunds. Returns without authorization will not be accepted and replacement or refunds will not be given. Brand New system has Manufacturer's Warranty.

For Defective items within the 30-days time period, the Buyer has the option to ask for a replacement or a refund.  Take note that once we received a return, the item will be tested in reference to the reason of returning the item.  This will determine how we will go about the refund/replace process.  Please do not put anything to try to fix the item. Otherwise, we will not accept it for Return.

After our technician checked and inspected the item and the item is NOT Defective and its working properly and the Buyer just want to return the item, the buyer will be charge with a Restocking Fee. To be able to start the refund process, the item is thoroughly inspected. It MUST BE COMPLETE AND UNOPENED/UNUSED. If listing is FREE SHIPPING, the Buyer will be partially refunded, Sale Amount less 25% restocking fee.  If Shipping and Handling is charged, the buyer will be refunded with the Final Bid Amount LESS the 15% Restocking Fee. Shipping and Handling Charges will NOT be Refunded.  After our technician checked and inspected the item and the item is Defective, Full refund will be initiated. 

For Replacement request, if the Item is Defective, the Replacement will be immediately shipped out and the return shipping will be paid by the Seller.  Otherwise, if the Item is  NOT Defective and is working in excellent condition, the same item will be shipped out and the buyer will be charge to Re-ship the item to Buyer.
