Stunning and rare early Trifari design by the famous Alfred Philippe!

This clip is a rhodium plated piece with pave rhinestones in a gorgeous artistic floral motif.

All stones are present with some yellowing to the piece in some areas, pictured. 

Clip dates to the 1940s, however the design is a tad older! It was originally drawn up in the 1930s for Trifari's signature 'Clipmate' pieces also patented by Philippe. The design has been discovered going as far back to when Trifari was still using its "kTf" signature.

This particular clip was kept in design stock and reissued with the new crown Trifari mark in the early 40s
