We only sell very desirable, high quality, fine jewelry, estate jewelry, and fine watches building our excellent reputation by always telling the truth and offering great prices. You will find us to be straight forward and honest about the quality, conditions, type of metals and stones that are listed.

Before proudly posting an item, we follow company procedures by first verify/grade all diamonds, gemstones and precious metals to be of the quality that is stated. Then, our jeweler will use professional tools to provide a slight to extreme cleaning/polishing depending on the piece. We take many photos of the actual item from many angles to help you see all of the details.

A few of our antique/vintage/art deco pieces will be in the original “untouched” condition that so many of our clients love. This will be stated with the specification “AS-IS”. Should you request us to polish your purchase to a new condition, we would be more than happy to provide this service at a minimal or no additional charge to you provided your written request prior to shipment. We also offer re-sizing options for an additional cost, please inquire before completing your bid. *Please note that this will prolong delivery by a couple more days.

Due to calibration of computer monitors varying from computer to computer, color of gemstones or precious metal (and other elements of the pieces) may vary from the photos on the listing. We do not accept returns due to the "color being different" from the photos.

Descriptive words such as "semi-translucent" "mottled" are the opinion of our in house gemologist, and are not grounds for a return. Colors are also interpretations of the gemologist.
Motifs of carvings and designs of jewelry are the interpretation of our in house gemologist, and are not grounds for a return. Please view the photos carefully to make your own interpretation of designs.

Watches

All watches are 100% authentic and are checked and/or serviced by Solitaire Jewelers' Certified watchmaker to insure it is keeping accurate time. Any customization or aftermarket parts such as "custome diamond dials, bezels, or bands" will be disclosed in the item description.

Watch Warranty

Solitaire Jewelers warranty is for a full two years of dependable operation of this article for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Modification, tampering, water damage and abuse void warranty. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage such as scratches, dings damage to crystal and/or crown damage. Solitaire Jewelers is the sole warrantor of this article, the demanding warranty no longer apply. Solitaire Jewelers Service Center, services and repairs Swiss Made watches and timepieces. JADE DISCLAIMER

The jade pieces that have been listed have all been tested to verify natural jade or jadeite by refractometer reading & magnification only. Please note this does not preclude the fact that some pieces could be dyed and or polymer treated and are stated as natural for the material only, but not for the type of treatment that requires a sophisticated spectrometer reading best provided by a laboratory.If it is verified that the jade has not been treated or enhanced, it will be noted in the listing description or a certificate may be provided. Some surface reaching inclusions may seem like cracks to the untrained eye, if a piese of jade is cracked or repaired this information will be disclosed in the item description.
GOLD DISCLAIMER
If the gold content is stamped on the item, we will list the item as the stamped gold karat.We will acid test gold items for items that are not stamped and will acid test stamped items on request. Please message us if you would like confirmation on gold karat.

Payment

We only accept Paypal Payments.

Payment must be received within 3 days of auction ending or ebay will automatically open an Unpaid Item Case against you on day 4.

A 4.712% sales tax will apply to all items shipped within Hawaii.

Shipping, Handling & Insurance Terms & Conditions

Due to items being of such high value, our items will only be shipped to confirmed Paypal account addresses and will follow the USPS “Adult Signature Restricted Delivery” guidelines that require proof of identity (valid ID) and signature.We offer shipping within the Contiguous United States via Priority Mail with a tracking # and Signature Confirmation.

• Generally, shipping takes 1-3 business days of receipt of your payment (except weekends). You will then receive an automatic email from ebay with your tracking # once a shipping label is generated.
• We only ship to PayPal verified addresses.

We provide other shipping methods, UPS or FEDEX, however, you will be responsible for those shipping charges. Please contact us before finalizing your bid if this is the shipping method you prefer so we may calculate the cost for you.

International Shipping

All International buyers must contact us before bidding.

Please consult with your customs office for taxes, fees and duties before bidding or placing your orders.

We ship internationally to countries listed in eBay Global shipping program. We do not ship jewelry to Russia.

Items are professionally packaged and shipped fully insured, adult signature required at delivery. We ship via USPS and FedEx. Items are typically shipped within two business days of receipt of payment. You will be notified when your item has been shipped. We are not responsible for shipping and/or delivery delays resulting from acts of nature, theft, strikes, or shipping company errors affecting the shipment and/or delivery. This shipment is fully insured..

We ship worldwide fully insured by: USPS Express and Priority Mail, FedEx and eBay global shipping program.
