This is Wayne Gretzky 1993-94 Upper Deck "Gold" Goal 802 All Time Goal Scorer Card Plaque.

The card is in Nm/Mt condition.  

The plaque measures 8" X 5.75".

The plaque features the card and gold placard that highlights Wayne's record breaking goal.

Note:  There is a very small nick on the gold placard in-between the "O" and "n" in the word "One"

This has been stored in a dark climate controlled closet since the mid-90's..
