Natural Tigers Eye Chatoyant Faceted Pair
Beautifully faceted to catch light in a cascade of chatoyant sparks,
these chic tigers eye beads are a classical, stylish addition to the
organic and tribal appeal of this popular gemstone.
Tigers eye is a quartz gemstone in which fibrous crystals of
chrysotile have been completely replaced by quartz, with the
original silky crystal pattern of the chrysotile remaining. The
beautiful chatoyance (French for "cat's eye") occurs when
light strikes the silky ripples of the fibrous crystals.
You will receive a pair of 12mm golden yellow tigers eye
beads very similar to the sample pair pictured, shipped in a clear
gem box as shown. (We also have a few pairs of blue hawks eye
