This is a Brand New  4 Disc set which includes a Blue Ray Featured film on Disc 1 and 

displays the featured film on DVD on Disc 2 and 3. 

It also has a 4th disc which includes a Blu-ray of other Special features of the movie. 

There are slight tears on the cellophane wrap.
