All tubes are guaranteed to be 100% as described or your money back. We are known for our excellent customer service! All tubes have been tested for mutual transconductance, shorts, leaks, gas and noise on one of our calibrated Hickok TV-7 tube testers.
Any pair or quad described as matched means that the tubes will have the same exact construction and will test within a close range of each other for Mutual Transconductance. The last matching criteria is by date codes, which we do match when possible.

Domestic orders will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail or by any other shipping service you choose .
For our Domestic (USA) buyers shipping for the first tube will cost $4.99 + $1.00 for each additional tube.
For International buyers from Canada/Mexico, shipping will cost $12.99 + 1.50 for each additional tube.
For International buyers from everywhere else, shipping will cost $12.99 + $2.00 for each additional tube.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - PLEASE READ
ALL international orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail international unless otherwise specified. This shipping service is very cost effective but you will not be able to track the package. It usually takes 2-6 weeks for a First Class Mail International package to arrive.
Please be aware while typical transit times are 2-6 weeks but we have had packages take up to 3 months for delivery due to being stuck in Customs offices. We have no control over this and we ask our customers to please be patient. We guarantee all of my shipments but I do ask that my customers wait the 3 months before granting a full refund. If you need your tubes fast, see below.
We can ship any order out via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail by request. These services are trackable and much faster/safer but MUCH more expensive. Please contact us for a quote before bidding or buying.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TAXES, DUTIES OR CUSTOMS FEES. WE WILL NOT LIE ON A CUSTOMS FORUM, AND WILL ONLY WILL WRITE THE ACTUAL VALUE OF THE CONTENTS.

Payment is due with in 7 days of the auction closing.
Returns are accepted ONLY if an item arrives significantly not as described 14 days after reciept. Any damage done by faulty equipment or user error is NOT covered by our guarantee. The tube or tubes that are returned to me must test with in 15% of their original values, any larger variation would indicate many hours of use or abuse.
