IMPORTANT: If you wear half size shoes, we recommend going down a half size, for example if you are a size 9.5, we recommend size 9. These mexican sandals (huaraches mexicanos) are made with 100% authentic leather, so with wear they will mold to your foot.   (Note: FOR MEN'S SANDALS - You will receive shoes marked with the Mexican size, for example when you order a US size 9 - you will receive shoes marked with a "8" which stands for Mexican size 28.)   

***NOTE*** These huaraches are "heavy duty" very rough, raw, and rustic.  If you are looking huaraches that will fit comfortably on the first wear these are NOT for you.  

These are straight from the artisan from deep in the Mexican pueblos.  The outer edges of the sole are outlined with pen marks which allow the artisan to place where he will insert the nails that attach the leather upper to the outer sole.   

These are authentic Huarache Sandals imported directly from Mexico. These huaraches are handmade with leather uppers, REAL tire tread soles, and has an adjustable buckle. The inner sole is leather lined and nails around the perimeter of the sandal are used to attach the inner sole to the outer sole, rather than the traditional glue and stitch method.  

Each shoe is handmade from 100% authentic leather.  

These shoes are the traditional sandals found in Mexico and will require you to wear them around to "break-in" the leather.   

The "CIEN CLAVOS" (Hundred Nails) gets its name from the many nails used to make the sole. This premium Huarache is leather lined and arguably the finest work Huarache in Mexico.   

The "CIEN CLAVOS" is made in the traditional way with in house vegetable tanned leather and no glue, nor electrical tools. 

The sole is made from the central and most hard wearing part of recycled truck tire. The reclaimed nature of the soles means that sole tread design can differ from the one in the photo

El "CIEN CLAVOS" debe su nombre a los muchos clavos utilizados para hacer la suela. Este Huarache es forrado en piel y posiblemente el mejor Huarache de trabajo en México.   

El "CIEN CLAVOS" se hace de la manera tradicional en casa con cuero curtido vegetal y sin pegamento, ni herramientas eléctricas.   La suela es de la parte central y más resistentes al desgaste de neumáticos de camión reciclados. 

La naturaleza recuperada de la planta significa que el diseño de la banda de rodamiento única puede diferir de la de la foto.
