I felt like these were closer to 12 months so you could probably wear them from 9-18months.
His is 12-18. ***Has some darker stains when looked at up close.** I did not try to get them out. Worn with two kids. Snaps at crotch.

Hers 12-18. Took me forever to find one of these in pink. Hers has a zipper down the side instead of snaps at the crotch.

Both have front pockets and hoods.
Great for playgroups and playgrounds. Super comfy.
