Payment

We are happy to accept payments by Paypal, postal orders, bank transfers and cheques.  We prefer prompt payments to ensure speedy despatch of your items.  If you cannot pay within five days please contact us to arrange extended payment terms.

Shipping / Delivery information

We pack all items securely using recycled materials wherever possible.  All items are sent second-class recorded delivery or by courier.  Items are despatched on the day following cleared payment and we are happy to provide you with tracking numbers.  If you require an order urgently please contact us prior to purchase to arrange a premium service.

International postage.

We are unable to secure trackable delivery to some destinations.  Please contact us before purchase if you would like us to send an item overseas.

Terms of sale

Please read through the listing carefully as refunds cannot be offered for items listed as faulty.  All items are sold as described.  Unless stated, no warranty is offered for any items.  All items are security tagged for your peace of mind, as well as ours.  Any you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Returns

We cannot accept returns for items that have been purchased in error.  Please read the listing carefully, and ask any questions you may have before purchase.  Refunds will only be issued if items are returned with security stickers in tact.  We will be happy to refund any additional postage costs incurred if we are at fault.
