Flow Blue Semi-Porcelain Waldorf Plate

Circa: 1892
Description: 10" semi-porcelain plate has a dark cobalt blue scalloped raised edge.  Bouquets of flowers decorate the edge with sprigs extending into the well.  Gilt outline on every other floral bouquet. 
Makers Mark:  Shield, New Wharf Pottery, England, S 1006, 3.
Condition:  Excellent.  Crazing on front and back of plate.  Utensil marks and four tiny chips under edge of plate.
