GRÈS VILLAGE (CNP) ~ Glazed Sandstone/Stoneware 40 Oz. MILK JUG (Pot à Lait) ~ France
Description of item...
Here we have a wonderful glazed sandstone/stoneware MILK JUG (Pot à Lait) made in France (Grès Village CNP.) It measures approx. 6 1/2" high x 5" in mid diameter, can hold up to 40 ounces. It is in excellent maintained (hardly/barely used) condition with no chips, cracks or crazing...appearing to have never been used, only displayed. The bottom is marked, "Grès - CNP ~ Village ~ FRANCE." Came from a well cared for private home collection of some years, however the exact age is unknown. This item weighs approx. 1 3/4 lbs., add 2 lbs. or so for the packing box and packing material. I combine shipping when safe and practical for all items purchased.
