To the cities within Canada is different by location. For  "Light Packet" is $1.80+13%HST now

And price usually goes up by about 5% every year as Canada Post's own policy.

3rd, that all about why I would like to sending it by "Light Packet", it's by Air and holds the lowest shipping cost!

By now, the Shipping and Handling charge for 1 or 2 items is:

$4 to United States, $6 to International, and $2 within Canada by  "Light Packet"

But, the most RISK part of "Light Packet" is: No tracking number with it!! Which is the biggest barrier for small sellers to survive like me in Canada. 

It just like sending a regular Air mail or Greeting card to your friend with stamp on it, no tracking information at all, the service with tracking is extremely high cost in Canada.

For that reason, we only could pray to all the gods of our universe for it arrive the destination fast and safe. So please don't ask for tracking info if you choice the "Light Packet".

If you would like to have a tracking number with it, or get it super fast, please let me know  or choose the "Tracked Packet" service, or the other services.

Also, If you would like to buy 2 or 3 items same time in my store, please message me to let me know, I would like to do combined shipping to save your money.

4th, I usually would send the item to you ASAP within 24 hours of your payment, and I mail in the Headquarter of Canada Post during the working days,

 to avoid the 1 day delay of picking up from franchisees like drug stores. 

Sending by  "Light Packet", delivery time from Toronto to you city is really variable:

usually takes about 5-7 business days to most of the countries of Europe. 

Takes about 5-8 working days to the states of USA that closely by Toronto,  6-14 working days to the states close to California of USA. 

Takes about 1-8 working days to the cities within Canada depends on the distance from Toronto.

Might also takes about 2 extra weeks to the cities in Russia and Brazil,  I think it's because the extra customs checking  and post offices in Russia and Brazil.

Again, I do my best to send it out to you ASAP and pray to all the gods of our universe for it get the destination fast and safe. 

If you do not receive it by the regular delivery time above, please send message by Ebay to let me know, and I would do full refund to you as a promise.
