Shipping

USA Shipping 

Items will ship within 24hrs of payment Monday-Friday. Shipping time will differ from location. On average shipping time will take 3-5 mailing days via First Class, 2-3 mailing days via Priority Mail, and 1-2 mailing days via Priority Express Mail. All items shipped will ship with tracking and delivery confirmation. 

Shipping will be via FedEX or United States Postal Service (USPS) unless noted or requested. If you need the item shipped via UPS or other shipping service please email me to arrange. Our shipping department ships items as they come in, so it is best to arrange this prior to the purchase so we can notify the shipping department. 

International Shipping: International Buyers Please read the International shipping section before your purchase. By selecting an item and purchasing it with the choice of shipping options offered, you agree and acknowledge to the conditions to which it will be shipped under. Worldwide shipping is done via United States Postal Service. Pending the value of the items listed, shipping options start with First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Express mail. Items are shipped within 24 hours of your purchase. The associated tracking information is found in an email to you explaining your item is shipped and in the sales record for your purchase. 

International Shipping Process: Your items have to go through two customs, US customs and your countries customs. Each individual customs department have their own system for taxes and duty charges. The items purchased will list the value of them on the Shipping documents. Be prepared for possible taxes due on your items from your country. Items carry the purchase value. 

International Shipping times: Customs on both sides check through according to the shipping type. Priority Express mail gets through first. When time Is available Customs does the First Class Mail. It is done the same way coming into your country also. First Class mail states 14-21 days to arrive. It is typical for packages to be tied up in the purchasers country for several weeks before the package is pushed through. Ebay says to allow 4-6 weeks for a First Class Mail Package. Priority Mail packages take on average 10-21 days to arrive. Priority Express is usually around 7 days to most locations. Please keep this in mind when purchasing and wondering where your item is. In rare cases packages, especially First Class Packages have taken 8 weeks to arrive. They always show up, so don’t panic, but please be aware that this can happen and does from time to time. 

Tracking International Packages: Tracking numbers are provided for all packages shipped. Ebay Policy. However Firs Class Mail will provide Customs information only. You will be able to see when the package clears through US Customs. NO further. Priority Mail will give a little more information but not true tracking. For most locations, Priority Express Mail will provide true door to door tracking times. This is the absolute best choice for expensive orders. It is worth it in the end. 

We CAN NOT CONTROL HOW LONG IT TAKES TO ARRIVE TO YOU AFTER I HAVE SHIPPED YOUR ORDER. I ship it fast and it’s up to your customs and post to get it to you. Please do not get upset with us about the time the item spends getting through customs. If there is any problem with your order, please email our Customer Service Department. 

Customer Service

Returns: We offer a 45 day return policy. If for some reason you receive the wrong item, color, size, let us know and we will make the appropriate corrections. We pay for shipping for returns if the error was ours. Please email us with any questions or concerns. If the item was sent correctly and you would like to return it, the buyer will pay for shipping and we will accept the return as long as the item is still in the same condition and packaging it was when it shipped. 

Item Condition: All items listed are new with tags unless otherwise noted. Items are 100% Authentic and not 2nd hand or returns. Items are in-stock and are straight from the original manufacture. Specialty or rare items listed will specify condition, and what comes with them. 

Combined Shipping: We combined shipping for mutable orders. For most items the shipping will be cut in half after the first item. For example if the shipping on the first item is $6 the second would now be $3, bringing the total shipping fee to $9. Email us if you have a problem combining shipping and we will send an updated invoice. We can only combined shipping on orders that have not been processed. FedEx orders will be combined and shipping will depend on total weight.
