If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to LeCITY within 5 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account.

EXCHANGES

If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed.

Carrier

We ship our products using one of the following: Fedex, UPS or USPS. We carefully select our shipping carrier depending on the country we are shipping to. All shipping within the USA except Hawai and Alaska are free of charge unless indicated otherwise. Tracking

All orders ship with a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your order in transit. Pricing

Handling Time

We try to get your product to you as soon as you ordered that is within 24h-72h of ordering. If you ordered paying Paypal we will dispatch it within 24h-48h. If you paid via credit card the payment needs to clear in our bank first, hence it is more likely that it will ship 48h-72h of order received. Please note this occurs for standard working days and weekends and public holidays do not count. If you pay with a PayPal eCheck, it takes an additional 3?5 business days for your check to clear.

All of our products are in stock and ready to ship which means you will receive your product quickly unless stated on your order otherwise.

Shipping Time

Customers whose orders ship to the United States can expect their product to arrive faster than all other international countries that is within 5-7 days of dispatch. Shall you have opted for the express delivery option, you can expect your item to be received within 48h of dispatch or faster.

Orders shipping to all countries are generally delivered within 7 business days. For some countries, such as Australia, China and India shipping might take as much as 7-14 days.

PO Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO)

Per UPS guidelines, we cannot deliver to addresses in the United States containing PO Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), and Fleet Post Offices (FPO).
