How We Sell Our Clothes:

HighCotton Stylz is an online retailer of 100% Authentic Name Brand New & Gently Pre-Owned Fashion for Men, Women & Children. We take great pride in finding the best deals for our customers. Therefore we have a rating system that we use to show the condition of each item. You will see the following codes in the description area of each item:

Code - Our coding system will let you know if the item is new or used:

GPO - Gently Pre-Owned

NWT - New With Tags means the item is brand new, never been used and has the original tags attached or in the original box.

NWOT - New Without Tags means the item is brand new, but does not have tags or in the original packaging/box.

NNB - This is not a Name Brand Item.

FS - FS means Final Sale. FS will be displayed in red. The item has been markdown to its final point.

Condition - This tells you if the item has any flaws.

Excellent - Has no flaws. Perfect condition.

Very Good - Almost near perfect condition. May have some flaws but very minimal and not obvious.

Good - Has minor flaws from normal wear and tear. However does not affect the quality of the item.

Fair - Has obvious flaws from normal wear and tear. Item is still useful. May need some additional attention.

Children's Clothes - We sell children's clothes in lots of 2,4,6 or 8 pieces and shoes in lots of 3 for Baby's and Toddlers. Children's items are grouped together based on size and gender. Lots are mixed Name Brands. Children/Youth Shoes are sold individually.

Shipping Time:

All items are shipped within 1 business day after receipt of payment.
Items Purchased on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays will ship out Monday.
We do not ship on any major holidays.

Shipping Carrier:

All items are shipped via USPS or Fed Ex.

Shipping Method:

All packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Smart Post

International packages are shipped USPS International First Class

Combined Shipping:

We offer combined shipping on all purchases. If you have a problem with combined shipping during checkout, please send us an email after purchase for the correct amount.

The Combined Shipping Rates are the following:

Shoes, Coat, Suite $5.00 each additional

International Shipping:

Currently we only ship to Canada

International shipping will depend on the size and weight of each package.

Please check with your Countries Custom Department for additional charges that may be imposed before ordering. We are not responsible for Custom or Port Charges as well as Customs delays.

Payments:

Auction Listings - Payment is due within 5 days of winning the bid. If payment is not received within 5 days, we will cancel the item and relist it.

Buy It Now - Payment is due immediately.

Returns:

We gladly accept Returns within 30 days after you receive the package.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Once we receive the return package, we will issue a refund minus the original Shipping & Handling Cost and a 15% restocking fee within 5 business days.

Item must still have original tags attached or labels.

Return for Incorrect Listing:

If we listed an item with the following issues listed below, we will forward you a return shipping label and issue a refund minus the original Shipping & Handling Cost. If you are requesting a refund based in the information below, please take a picture of the size or discrepancy and attach it to your email request.
